Instructions:
Opponents stand either end of the Table Tennis Table.
Both opponents will have a paddle and one opponent will have the ball.
The player with the ball will bounce it onto the table and hit it over the net, the other player should then hit it back.
If one player isn't able to hit the ball back over the net the opposite player wins a point.
Functions:
Activate coordination.
Enhance cardiopulmonary function.
Suggeststed Usage:
Beginner: 10 minutes
Intermediate: 20 minutes
Advanced: 35 minutes
