With 24 individual components, some of which are multipurpose, users can develop exercise plans to target specific muscle sets which can be completed either individually or, even better, in group sessions. In our experience, group workouts add camaraderie and community elements to any fitness session to improve motivation, provide encouragement and increase the ‘fun factor’.
Unlike many rigs in the marketplace, Sunshine Gym Outdoor Fitness Rigs combine parts of our traditional outdoor gym range, with various overhead ladders and equipment to support high-level exercises so that everybody can benefit from this unique offering. Users don’t need to be super strong or fit to start on our rigs. Everything is based on bodyweight resistance so even beginners can begin their fitness journey on the rig, building up from day one to the more advanced exercises as they progress.
When used as part of a calisthenics workout, users can incorporate more traditional bodyweight exercises such as push ups, shuttle runs, crunches, step ups and so on into the workout to get even more people working out in the purpose made fitness zone.
