Description
The second of our energy sets, pack 2 also focuses on ‘fun’ cardiovascular exercise. Much like Energy Pack 1, the equipment has been selected as the ‘go-to’ favourite pieces of the children in Primary Schools. The effectiveness of the energy packs is that children give little to no consideration to the cardiovascular benefits of the exercise, they are simply having a great time ‘playing’ on the equipment.
