Description
The Care Home Package provides a light cardio workout and stretching exersises for the upper, core and lower body. The package also allows family member visitors to socialise in the outdoors and enjoy a fun activity with their loved ones.
The package includes four pieces of outdoor gym equipment:
Stretching, flexibility and heart health are important for rehabilitation, or wherever wellbeing is a focus
There are warm up and cool down options through tai chi movements or using other equipment slowly
Promotes a healthy attitude to exercise in which users move at their own pace

Supply only 3-5 working days dependant on stock.
If Installation is required lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks.
